Presented by Emma from South Coast Kimchi Co, you will learn a step by step fail safe method of crafting the perfect kimchi. A guided workshop on the art of fermented foods and how to incorporate kimchi into your daily life. You will learn some kimchi recipes and you will take home your very own kimchi in a keep jar. You will be provided with the master kimchi recipe and we will share a light afternoon tea.
